Michael Leslie

Partner

Michael qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 having graduated from the University of Ulster with an Honours Degree in Estate Management.

Originally from Coleraine, Michael arrived in Co Fermanagh in 1994 to take up a position with a local agent which spanned 8 years before Smyth Leslie & Co was established in 2002. He has a very extensive knowledge of the local property market and has a particular passion for residential sales and all aspects of residential valuation.

Married to Naomi and with one son, Michael in his spare time enjoys most sports, particularly rugby and golf and he is a past Captain and President of Enniskillen Rugby Football Club.

Niall Smyth

Partner

Niall is a founding partner of Smyth Leslie & Co, the company growing from strength to strength since opening in 2002. He graduated in 1992 with a BSc (Hons) Estate Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994.

During his 25 years working in the local property market Niall has been involved in the sale, letting and valuation of multiple properties including many significant properties achieving record prices in some cases. He offers extensive professional and qualified experience in all property matters with a particular emphasis on residential, commercial and residential.

In his spare time Niall enjoys watching most sports and has worked as a performance analyst and statistician for the Fermanagh Gaelic football senior team and the successful Derrygonnelly Harps senior team.

Geraldine Maguire

Accounts, Surveyor

Geraldine joined Smyth Leslie & Company in 2006 having previously worked in both the public and private sectors. She graduated in 1993 with a BSc (Honours) Estate Management degree and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the same year.

Geraldine is involved with valuations for mortgage lending on behalf of the major financial institutions and offers advice to a wide range of clients on all aspects of property valuation.

In her spare time Geraldine enjoys reading and charity fundraisers.

Joanne McGovern

Personal Secretary to Niall Smyth

Joining the company 6 years ago, Joanne is very much the friendly and helpful face Smyth Leslie & Co's front desk, assisted by her comprehensive experience in customer service and her passion for her role in assisting Clients and Customers.

In her limited spare time Joanne manages to enjoy running and walking.

Sonia Henderson

Personal Secretary to Geraldine Maguire

Having over 20 years' experience in frontline customer service and personal assistance, Sonia believes that effective communication skills are an integral part of her role.

These skills are reflected in her professional counselling studies and Diploma in leadership and management.

Music plays a huge part in family life and she enjoys attending orchestral performances in her spare time.

Jessica joined Smyth Leslie & Co in January 2018 as a personal secretary. Jessica has recently qualified from University of Ulster with a BSc Hons in business with Marketing.

Her background in marketing and business means that she is well placed for the day to day of property marketing.

Deirdre joined Smyth Leslie & Co at the beginning of 2017 to take over the Accounts Function.

Deirdre is a qualified Accountant with many years experience in the Construction and Quarrying Industries. Joining Smyth Leslie & Co has given Deirdre the opportunity to move into a new industry.

Ken McBride

Photographer

Ken is a free lance photographer based in Enniskillen and works exclusively for Smyth Leslie & Co in County Fermanagh.

Ken has extensive interiors photography experience and had covered a wide range of subjects from the interior of the iconic aircraft such as Conconde right through to the interiors of Rally Cars.

Ken has been featured in major photography magazines for his virtual reality photography in the past and is constantly looking for new ways to push the boundaries of interiors photography especially with its presentation.

Ken's past interests have been skiing, paramotoring and super karting.
